Fencing and Landscaping Checklist #
Step 1: Contact your contractor early
About 8-12 weeks before your home reaches Practical Completion, get in touch with our nominated fencing and landscaping contractors. Their contact details will be provided with your package.
Step 2: Prepare your site
Before works can commence, your site must be ready with the driveway and crossover installed, survey pegs in place, the site clean and level, and irrigation or conduit provisions installed where applicable.
Step 3: Consultation
You’ll meet with the contractor to confirm your fencing or landscaping package. For landscaping, this may include selecting plants from an approved range and reviewing inclusions.
Step 4: Installation
The contractor will carry out the works and coordinate directly with you regarding timing and access.
Step 5: Handover & warranty
Once installation is complete, the contractor will hand over your fencing and/or garden and provide details of any applicable warranties.
